Safety Products Holdings GmbH in Hattingen is the Group's international sales company. With a small but growing team and a large warehouse, we support all customers in EMEA and APAC.
Tasks
We are looking for a real carer. As a part-time Customer Service Manager (m/f/d), you are the first point of contact for our customers - with an open ear, a solution-orientated mindset and your heart in the right place. What you can expect:
- You are always the first point of contact and our face to the customer - whether by e-mail, telephone, teams or in person.
- You record incoming customer orders and accompany them through to delivery.
- You handle customer enquiries with sensitivity.
- You coordinate subsequent deliveries, special enquiries and complaints in close collaboration with sales and logistics.
- Digital marketplaces are becoming increasingly important for us. You feel at home here too.
- You think in the interests of our customers - friendly, committed and with an overview.
